Frequently asked questions.

Honest answers to the questions students in Finland ask about how we work, what we deliver, and how we keep your work original and your details private.

Ordering & quotes

Send your brief through the contact form, WhatsApp or email with the word count, deadline and referencing style. A coordinator reviews it and confirms a fixed price in euros within about 30 minutes. There is no obligation to proceed and no payment until you approve the writer's plan.
Yes. For a thesis, dissertation or any staged order delivered over two or more weeks, we can split the fee across milestones — you pay as each chapter is approved, rather than everything upfront. Ask your coordinator to set this up at the quote stage.
Returning students and referrals make up a large share of our work, and we look after them. Mention that you have ordered before and your coordinator will apply a loyalty rate to the quote.
Payment is handled in euros by an encrypted third-party processor over a secure connection. We never see or store your full card details on our servers — only a confirmation that payment was completed.

Writers & matching

We match on discipline first. A nursing reflective essay goes to a writer with a health-sciences background; an Aalto or LUT engineering report goes to a qualified engineer. We consider your university, the academic level and the specific module before assigning anyone, because the discipline match is the single biggest factor in a grade-ready result.
Yes. You message through your project throughout, and on longer work such as a pro gradu or dissertation we set up direct discussion for chapter feedback, methodology questions and revisions, so the same writer stays with you from start to finish.
Our writer pool includes academics who have studied or taught in Finland and the Nordics, and they work to Finnish norms — the 0–5 grading scale, your department's rubric, and conventions such as the kandidaatintutkielma, opinnäytetyö, pro gradu and the maturity test (kypsyysnäyte).

Originality & academic integrity

Every order is delivered with a Turnitin similarity report and an AI-detection report attached to the file, so you can verify the work is human-written and original rather than take our word for it. If any section flags during our internal check, we rewrite it before you ever receive the file.
No. Each piece is written for your brief alone, from a blank document. We have never resold, republished or added a student's work to any public database, and we never will.
Yes — we deliver every assignment as a model reference. We are happy to explain the structure, the argument and the referencing so you can learn from it, adapt it to your own understanding, and submit work you can stand behind.

Deadlines & delivery

For a clear brief of reasonable length we have delivered solid work in as little as six hours. Send the deadline through live chat and we will tell you immediately whether it is feasible and quote it on the spot — before you pay anything.
Standard delivery is an editable Microsoft Word (.docx) file, with a PDF on request. Reference lists are formatted in your required style, and presentations are delivered as PowerPoint (.pptx) where relevant.
As early as you can. Larger projects are best delivered in stages over two or more weeks, with milestones and feedback rounds — booking early means a lower rate, a calmer run-up, and time for your supervisor's comments between chapters.

Revisions & support

Free revisions are included for 14 days. Send the feedback and your original writer makes the changes at no extra cost, so a request for adjustments never means starting over or paying twice.
Tell us what missed the brief and we revise it within your free revision window. Where work falls genuinely short of what was agreed and cannot be put right, our refund terms apply — see our Terms & Conditions for exactly how that works.
Yes. We prepare seminar papers, slide decks and presentation scripts that stay consistent with your written work, and we can help you prepare to present and defend the argument confidently.

Subjects, languages & data

Our core service is academic work in English, which covers the large majority of Finland's international and English-medium programmes. For Finnish- or Swedish-language briefs, ask your coordinator — availability depends on the subject and the specific writer pool.
Yes. For quantitative work we match you to a writer comfortable with statistical methods and tools such as SPSS, R or Excel, who can run the analysis and explain the results clearly within your methodology and discussion.
We operate under EU GDPR and Finnish data protection law. We keep only what we need to deliver your order and meet legal obligations, your writer only ever sees the brief, and you can request deletion of your personal data once the order is complete. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
